SNK’s “Witch Hunting” games sure has encouraged other developers to create more “lolicon” titles on the Nintendo DS. I almost thought they went further than just touching.

“Moetan DS” due on July 24th, is an English learning title based on a show that started off as a series of English study aid books aiming to improve the players vocabulary. Over 400,000 copies of the books have been sold so far.

In this DS title, ten words are given daily and every three weeks, there’s a test. By doing well in these tests, the player is rewarded by letting them touch the “moe” characters anywhere they like.

And if that’s not enticing enough, Famitsu also emphasises the transformation animation is in it too.
